To be eligible to participate in the One Voice Ohio, you will need to complete an initial short survey. We'll ask you some questions to see if you qualify and also some demographic questions to help us classify your answers. Once this survey has been completed we will send you a confirmation email. No, participation is free. In fact, you will earn rewards for your participation.
One Voice Ohio is currently for Ohio residents only.
If you forget your password, go to the HOME page on this Website; click on LOGIN, then click on the 'Forgot password' link and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
For each study, you will receive an invitation by email to participate. All you need to do is click on the link, or copy and paste the Website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link will also appear on the community website under the "My Surveys" page. You can take surveys from a computer, cell phone or tablet.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per month. There will also be new Quick Polls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion forums for you to participate in.
You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.
On average, our surveys take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. However, some can be completed in as short as 5 minutes and others can take longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to support@onevoiceohiopanel.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
You can be a member of community and participate as long as you wish to. We love to hear your opinions.
As a member of the One Voice Ohio, you may receive different types of compensation depending on the type of research you participate in. For most surveys and activities, you will be awarded points that can be redeemed for gift certificates online after you have accumulated a minimum number of points. For other projects you may receive a product to try or some other compensation such as an entry into a sweepstakes or contest. Our invitation for each survey or other activity will state the compensation.
Some of our activities allow you to earn a specified number of points.
You can collect points for each of the activities in the Community you participate in:
- Weekly polls – 10 points*.
- 5-15 minute Surveys – 75 - 150 points*.
- Discussion Boards – 25 points per post (Based on quality & frequency of participation; up to 5 posts a month)*.
- Other activities – we will let you know how many points you can earn when we invite you to special activities.
*Note, points value may change based on One Voice Ohio member feedback and participation rates. We'll always let you know when this happens.
You can see your points and account balance on the "My Rewards" Page and can select to redeem them for a variety of gift cards from there.
To redeem your points, simply select the "Redeem" button found on the "Rewards" page. You can also view your accumulated points online on the same page. Click here to view the full Terms & Conditions.
There is no limit to the number of reward points you can earn.
Yes, reward points will expire after 18 months. You will see when and how many points have expired on your Rewards page in the Account Balance section after you've logged in.

We collect some personal data about each member for a number of reasons:
- It enables us to contact you about research (i.e. surveys, discussion forums and/ or poll questions) you can take part in and to also let you know if you've won a prize for your participation.

- It helps us to analyze the survey data by different categories such as gender, age or the region consumers live in.
